The work also includes milling existing pavement, placing new asphaltic pavement, and repainting along Airport Drive Inbound and through the Spotted Road Intersection in two schedules. Project is to be phased according to the Traffic Control Plans in the documents. The Planholders List is also available at this portal . All addenda will be issued through email. A contract according to the General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and Addendums (if applicable) shall be signed prior to work commencing. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier""'s check or surety bid bond, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid for all bid schedules (including sales tax). A performance bond, payment bond, and liability insurance in accordance with the contract documents will be required for the Contract. This is a prevailing wage project per applicable State Law The Spokane Airport Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality, to accept any alternate bids, and to make such award that it deems to be in the best interest of the Airport pursuant to the terms of the Instruction to Bidders and General Conditions. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All bidders are cautioned to be aware of the requirement to have their bids considered responsive.
