Description The services to be provided within this Performance Work Statement (PWS) consist of clearing scenic vistas along the Blue Ridge Parkway at designated locations in North Carolina and Virginia. These services include cutting trees, shrubs, brush, briars and vines within specified depths of designated vistas, along with some application of herbicide in specified areas, to provide vistas with clear and unobstructed views.
