| Description | The project includes the restoration of wood sash and fixed windows at the Morgan County Courthouse, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner. Refer to other bidding requirements described in specification section 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any, and all bids in whole or in part or to waive any informalities in the bidding. |
