Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies, as necessary. Awarded contractor shall be responsible for supervision, clean up and disposal, and must have all applicable permits, licenses, and insurance coverage. Contractor shall be within a 60-mile radius of Rusk State Hospital, 805 North Dickinson Drive, Rusk TX 75785. Provide quarterly grease trap services which include 1. pump out grease traps 2. Scrape and rinse grease traps 3. Check that piping baffles are intact for proper operation of grease trap flow. 4. Document services for manifest for disposal 5. Provide facility with manifest and invoice showing that waste was disposed of properly.
