Description

Construction of Penstock Closures & Infill - work includes removal and disposal of all existing trash racks, walk ways, stoplogs and support members, placement of a new, permanent reinforced concrete bulkhead at the penstock intake. Provide a concrete closure at the units tailrace within the scroll case. Infilling with flowable fill the penstock and turbine pit area, sawcut the existing roadway, excavate existing pavement and gravel, and demolish and remove portions of the existing penstock and access areas shall be restored
