Sokol Park North Phase 1

The Project shall be known as Sokol Park North Phase 1 - New Parking Lots and Watermelon Road Improvements (2021.033.001) and the general character of said public works project shall consist of the following: Roadway and Parking Lot Widening and Overlay along Watermelon Road and within Sokol Park North. Water improvements/relocation for roadway and irrigation, storm drainage improvements, curb and curb and gutter additions to existing parking lot, roadway/parking lot lighting, landscape and irrigation improvements, etc. B. The approximate quantities of said Project are as follows: approximately 7,675 s.y. wearing/overlay layer, 3,100 s.y. binder layers, 200 l.f. storm drain (15" - 24"), 100 l.f. water service (2"), Slope Paved/Precast Headwalls, 700 l.f. curb/curb and gutter, parking lot landscape and irrigation improvements, roadway/parking lot lighting, etc.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
