Description | As of September 15, 2022, the project is not award. Anticipated Award of Contract date: August 8, 2022.Anticipated Start of Construction: August 9, 2022.Anticipated Substantial Completion date: December 1, 2022. Lump sum bid proposals will be received for this project at the scheduled time. Bids received after this time shall be returned unopened. Bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Should a bid bond be submitted, the bid bond shall be payable to the Duneland School Corporation. he Board of School Trustees of the Duneland School Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or to waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of the Duneland School Corporation. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled bid opening date.
