Remove existing temperature controls and any other unusable components from the site and discard per applicable EPA regulations. Provide two (2) new occupancy sensors in the restroom areas (one in men’s and one in women’s side). Connect new motion sensors to existing exhaust fan. Install new second stage pressure regulator (11 inches w. c.) on exterior wall near existing propane tank. Locate above snow/ leaf line. Connect new regulator to existing gas line. Connect new horizontal LP gas furnace with stainless steel heat exchanger to existing ductwork in the shower building mechanical room. New unit to be minimum 250,000 BTU input and include new simple programmable digital thermostat and new adjustable humidistat (to be located on interior wall in men’s restroom at least 60 inches AFF). The new thermostat and the new humidistat are to have a vandal resistant locking cover. The new furnace blower is to supply approximately 2500 CFM.
