The work under this Contract consists of furnishing and applying herbicides to treat undesirable weed, grass, and brush growth, roadside vegetation around obstructions, in surface joints on paved surfaces, and around ornamental plantings and in aquatic vegetation along outfall ditches, roadside ditches, around drainage structures, side drains, and in and around retention ponds and canals on the State Highway System in Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin Counties.
