To provide and install one-hundred twenty two (122) carbon monoxide detectors; eighty-five (85) smoke detectors; replace sixty (60) interior breaker boxes; remove and replace exterior storage building vinyl siding and doors; parking lot re-striping; selected interior and exterior light fixture replacement; exterior window replacement: CMU retaining wall cap repair, and new guard rail addition. B.Additive Alternate No. 1 bid for additional exterior window unit replacements. C.Additive Alternate No. 2 bid for the removal of exterior screen doors and door trim repair.
