Bids Offering Delivery Beyond the Maximuym Number of Days Will Be Rejected as Non-responsive. As May Be Ordered During a Period of One (1) Year With Two One-Year Renewal Options Beginning With the Effective Date of the Contract, in Accordance With The Bid Specifications and Other Identified Documents The LADWP overall annual SBE and DVBE participation goals are set at 25 percent and 3 percent respectively.
