E Torch Lake Dr: In Helena Township, beginning at Alden Hwy thence north approximately 5,300’. Project description: overlay existing pavement with 5E1 HMA @ 220 lbs/syd (est. 1980 tons) and approximately 30.5’ wide. Helena Road: In Helena Township, beginning at Cemetery Road thence west to Alden Hwy, approximately 5,300’. Project description: Pave scratch and wedge course over existing 21’ wide pavement @ 110 lbs/syd (est. 600 tons) using 4E1 and then overlay @ 165 lbs/syd (est. 900 tons) using 5E1 on section beginning at Cemetery thence west 4,660’. Also overlay existing 30’ wide pavement with 5E1 @ 220 lbs/syd (est. 300 tons) at end of scratch and wedge section thence west to Alden Hwy, 820’ Birch Point Dr: In Elk Rapids Township, beginning at Birch Lake Road thence west approximately 1,090’. Project description: pave over gravel base with 5E1 HMA @ 220 lbs/syd by 22’ wide (est. 293 tons). All mix shall contain PG 58 -28 liquid asphalt that complies with the enclosed Antrim County Road Commission Special Provision for Acceptance of HMA Mixture on Non-Federal Aid Projects 02/09/18. All traffic control shall be in accordance with the current MMUTCD part 6.
