Quotations must be made on these sheets. CCMUA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by any firm in preparing or submitting a bid proposal. Prices may be submitted on any or all the items listed unless otherwise specified. Award of contract for goods and services will be made based on the lowest responsible bid on each item or on an aggregate basis, whichever is in the best interest of CCMUA (if this is a Cooperative Pricing bid). The CCMUA assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of courier or mail order delivery service causing the bid to be received at the CCMUA later than the due date and time. All late bids will be rejected in accordance with the law. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the time for openings of bids or the authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the opening of bids will not be considered. No bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the actual opening thereof. The term of the contract to be awarded as the result of this bid shall be for one (1) year from the date of execution of the agreement unless otherwise stated.
