| Description | 1.Remove existing roofing materials to existing gypsum roof deck. 2.Supply and install a base sheet attached to gypsum deck. 3.Supply and install one layer of 2.6” roof insulation set in low rise insulation adhesive. 4.Supply and install a 1/8” factory tapered insulation system with ¼’ per foot saddles between roof drains. All panels and fill insulation set in low rise foam adhesive. 5.Supply and install a new non reinforced EPDM membrane in accordance with manufacturer specifications for an adhered system. 6.Supply and install new base flashings at walls, curbs and penetrations through the roof, per manufacturer standard details. 7.Supply and install new .050 mill finish aluminum gravel stop at roof perimeter, existing fascia extender to remain. 8.Provide manufacturer labor and material warranty. Clean up and haul away debris |
