City Hall and Public Works Department Roof Repair

Roof replacement as described in bid schedule for the following locations. The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required in the Specifications and Contract documents for said project. The work will take place at 14717 Burin Avenue, Lawndale, CA 90260, and 4722 Manhattan Beach Blvd., Lawndale, CA 90260. The scope of work consists of replacing damaged roof of Lawndale City Hall and Public Works Department, and other related work as described in the Specifications and Contract Documents, by reference, made a part hereof. All work to be done under this contract shall be completed within Thirty (30) consecutive calendar days, exclusive of maintenance periods, beginning on the date stipulated in the written Notice to Proceed to be issued by the Engineer. For the benefit of all proposed bidders, all bid questions shall be submitted by email to Michael Brust, Associate Engineer, at mbrust@lawndalecity.org. The questions shall be submitted in writing no later than Tuesday, November 1st, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. for response in advance of bid date
