Roofing Replacement at Willmar District Headquarters

The pre-bid meeting format will adhere to social distancing and other guidance provided by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Attendees are responsible to bring their own face coverings. Prospective attendees exhibiting any cold or flu-like symptoms will not be admitted. These requirements may change. Responders are responsible for sending attendees who meet the requirements in effect at the time of the pre-bid meeting. Responses received from Prime Contractors that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be rejected. State Project Number 23-134653 Roofing Replacement Willmar District Headquarters This solicitation is TG/ED/VO preference and contains a 4% TG/ED/VO subcontracting goal. A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) Remove and replace Roofing. 2.) Remove and replace rooftop Mechanical Equipment. The Section 00 41 73 Prime Contractor Response Form (Response Form), which includes the attachments listed in the project manual table of contents, is posted . The Response Form must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded with the bid before it can be posted. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor (not as a subcontractor) the work for at least THREE contracts which have achieved - Substantial Completion since January 1, 2018 for construction of commercial projects. - Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $1,000,000 or greater. - These projects must contain Adhered EPDM Replacement Roofing Construction. OR In lieu of Responding companys projects, Responder may provide on the form below up to THREE qualified projects completed by the Project Manager while employed by others which have achieved - Substantial Completion since January 1, 2018 for construction of commercial projects. - Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $1,000,000 or greater. - These projects must contain Adhered EPDM Replacement Roofing Construction. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All questions must be submitted no later than three (3) business days prior to receipt of bid
