| Description | 1. Furnish and Install clean cut style tub cut outs. 2. Properly protect all surfaces prior to installation. 3. Layout template in accordance with manufacturer’s provided instructions. 4. Cut area to be removed per manufacturer’s provided instructions. 5. Properly brace and block for insert installation per manufacturer’s provided instructions. 6. Install and properly seal clean cut style insert per manufacturer’s provided instructions. 7. Floor and wall restoration as needed. 8. Touch up paint as needed. 9. Remove any debris and clean area and adjacent surfaces prior to leaving unit. 10. Contractor is responsible for full replacement of tub unit if deemed not suitable for the step in application. To include plumbing and all related work to restore area. |
