Description The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, labor, expertise and transportation necessary to provide septic tank pumping and disposal services at Fort McHenry's Maintenance Shop, located at 2400 E. Fort Ave. Baltimore, MD. 21230. The maintenance shop tank consists of one (1) tank with a capacity of 2,500 gals. Quantity is estimated, not to exceed twelve pump outs per year/one pump out per month. Contractor shall bill for actual pumps and disposal. In addition the contractor will pump out one (1) 475 gals. Environmental One tank, located in the Star Fort, once per year. Due to vehicle size restrictions limiting access through historic Star Fort entrance, a smaller vehicle with trailer shall be needed to access the Environmental One tank. The Contractor shall be cognizant at all times for working in close proximity to historic structures and the visiting public. The contractor shall be escorted by park personnel to access the septic tank in the Star Fort.
