The Work subject of this Contract is the construction of a highway bridge to carry U.S. Routes 1 and 9, also known as Tonnelle Avenue, over the alignment of the Hudson River Tunnel Project in the Township of North Bergen, State of New Jersey. This project may be Federally funded in whole or in part. Accordingly, all bidders and the successful Contractor will be required to comply with any and all required applicable federal provisions and requirements contained in this solicitation and resulting contract. That the bidder has completed (or substantially completed) at least two (2) projects, as a prime or general contractor, of comparable type, size and complexity that is comparable to the Work of this Contract within the previous ten years 2.) That the bidder's full-time Project Manager and full-time Superintendent each have a minimum of ten (10) years of construction experience on contracts comparable in type, size and complexity. 3.) That the bidder's Safety Manager each have a minimum of five (5) years of construction experience on contracts comparable in type, size and complexity.
