Pigging Services

The Washington County Public Works Department is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) to provide pigging services for the Public Works North Shop location to remove flow restrictions from low sports. The project work will commence upon selection of the Contractor and after award of a contract. The Contractor will prepare a project schedule based on a construction completion date of no later than October 31st, 2022. Washington County reserves the right to disregard questions received after 4:00 PM on July 29th, 2022. If a question pertains to a clarification of this RFP, the question and answer will be forwarded to all Contractors who expressed interest in submitting a proposal. A copy of all written questions submitted, with responses, will be distributed to interested Contractors no later than 4:00 PM on August 3rd, 2022. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
