The Agency is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide architectural and engineering services potentially for all programs the Agency administers services. The Agency intends to award a contract to a firm(s) to provide architectural and engineering services (A/E) for various projects the Agency may need throughout the year. Services will include, but are not limited to, typical A/E services pertaining to, on an as-needed basis at the Agency's discretion, both new construction and rehabilitation of buildings, and land that the Agency owns.
