Construction of Utility Improvements to Serve Magnolia, Phase 7

Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 9,169 LF of 12” and 8” water, 10,598 LF of 10” and 8” sanitary sewer, and 7,326 LF of 3-barrel 10’ x 6’ RCB through 18” RCP storm sewer, all as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans and Magnolia Pointe Municipal Utility District No.1 of Hunt County specifications to serve 171 lots on approximately 55 acres. The project is located East and North of the intersection of F.M. 1777 & C.R. 678 in City of Josephine ETJ, Collin County, Texas.
