Sidney Peak Ranch Water Supply Upgrades 2023

Sidney Peak Ranch Water Supply Upgrades 2023 Three (3) companies have been prequalified for this bid by completing the mandatory pre-bid tour. Bids from other contracting companies are not being accepted at this time. The work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and as shown on the DRAWINGS. o Project A: Looping the waterline through the addition of approximately 4,800 LF of 8" DR 14 potablecertified PVC pipe, two PRVs with vaults, and relocation of up to three (3) existing taps. o Project B: Installation of two (2) 40,000 Gallon underground fiberglass tanks, along with a submersible pump station and hydropneumatic tank vault. o Project C: Renovation of the existing treatment plant including new filtration equipment, plumbing, and treatment systems. o Project D: Installation of approximately 1,700 LF of 6" DR 25 raw-water PVC pipe, installation of a pitless unit, submersible pump, and piping at an existing well to extract this source water for delivery to the treatment plant. o A map of these improvements can be found on Sheet 2 of the Sidney Peak Ranch Water System Upgrades 2023 plan set. Projects A and B will be privately funded. Projects C and D may be funded by the Colorado State Revolving Fund.
