| Description | The project consists of the installation of photovoltaic system on the roofs of the Woburn Fire Headquarters and adjacent Support Building located at 731 Main Street, Woburn, MA 01801. The Purchasing Agent, Orazio DeLuca (odeluca@cityofwoburn.com) reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if, in his sole judgment, the best interest of the City of Woburn would be served by so doing. The CITY OF WOBURN reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all general bids if it be in the public interest to do so. General Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount that is not less than five percent of the bid amount as required by M.G.L. chapter 149, section 44B. |
