Wastewater Testing and Reporting at Trinidad Safety Roadside Rest Area (SRRA) in Humboldt County

Contractor shall provide all labor, testing equipment, material, travel, and incidentals necessary, including transportation to and from the work location, to complete required wastewater testing as described in this Agreement. Contractor shall conduct weekly and quarterly testing. The testing schedule will be determined by Caltrans Contract Manager during a meeting to be held at the start of the Agreement. The testing schedule will describe the weekdays and months that the tests shall be performed by Contractor. Contractor shall provide site visit data and test results with monthly invoice. Contractor shall provide the weekly and quarterly test results to Caltrans Contract Manager on an annual basis and upon expiration of the Agreement. Contractor shall not leave any equipment, materials, or testing byproducts at the sample collection location. The septic tank (sample collection location) is approximately one hundred (100) yards north from the Trinidad SRRA on the exit ramp out of the rest area. This area is open to the public and shall remain clear of all water testing equipment when Contractor is not at the site performing work under this Agreement.
