Description

The portion of the existing bulkhead that is to be improved as part of this project (the Bulkhead) is approximately 190-feet-long and is located along the southern boundary of the harbor, towards its eastern side. It was originally constructed as part of the Naval Air Station Quonset Point and consisted of steel sheet piles anchored with steel tie-backs and timber piles
