Urinal Installation at Walnut Creek

Goals: 15% Provide materials and labor to prepare the restrooms, install the urinals. The facility is currently plumbed with three gang troughs. The existing plumbing and fixtures will be removed and re-plumbed to support the installation of urinals. Blueprints and drawings are not available. 1. Contract will install 42 owner provided urinals at Walnut Creek. 2. Contractor will install the plumbing to support the operation of urinals using new waterlines and drain lines. 3. Contractor will install all water lines. 4. Contractor will demo required areas of the existing block wall and remove gang restroom fixtures. 5. Contractor will repair areas of block wall after plumbing is complete. 6. Contractor will frame approximately 120 linear feet of 6" 18-gauge metal stud wall. 7. Contractor will reinforce the walls by installing blocking in the wall(s) for Partitions. 8. Contractor will reinforce the walls by installing 3/4" plywood wall covering for additional support of urinals and partitions. 9. Contractor will install Fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP) for wall finishes with a 4" rubber cove base.
