Stuarts Draft Pool Resurfacing

a. Inspection of the main and wading pool, skimmers, main drain plumbing, and circulation systems, pressure testing all plumbing to confirm proper operation. Any deficiencies shall be reported to the owner/agent. b. Saw cuts are to be made around any built-ins that will remain in place and chipped back to allow the new finish a flush fit in both the main and wading pools. c. The existing racing lane and target tiles are to be removed from the main pool. d. Provide and install Galaxy Blue 2”x2” tile to recreate the 6 racing lanes of 12’ wide, this will include the 12 target tiles to match the existing format. e. The existing water line tiles are to be removed in the main and wading pools. f. Provide and install Classic Pool Tile Colbalt Blue 6”x6” tile are to be used for the replacement tiles in the main and wading pools water lines. Depth markings and rope anchors will also need to be replaced in the tile line g. The existing bull nose tile on the stair entry will need to be removed. Provide and install Daltile Galaxy blue 2”x2” bullnose tile on the front edge of the steps. h. The existing surface is to be water jetted to remove any loose remaining plaster. i. Please include a minimum of 100 square of hollow and loose plaster repairs as well as a price per square foot make additional repairs exceeding the 100 square foot allowance. j. Please include a minimum of 10 linear feet of crack repair that may need to be cut out and sealed, as well as a linear foot cost estimate on repairs need exceeding the 10 linear foot allowance.
