Security Upgrades to the Grove Park Elementary School

The work of this project involves renovation of receptionist space to add a secure vestibule. Interior work will include a new reception counter & casework, interior finishes and reworking of the existing HVAC & Electrical systems. Exterior work will involve creating a new entrance into the building along with a canopy and sidewalks. A concrete stair and ramp will also be constructed to create an accessible route to the main level. Limited asbestos tile removal and flooring replacement in existing office areas will also be an alternate.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
