| Description | Description of Work. The proposed work consists of streetlight maintenance on Village owned light poles on streets and parking lots including bulb changes, knock down repairs, fixture repairs and as described in the Contract Documents. The Village of Round Lake is exempt from the Illinois State, municipal or county Retailers Occupation Tax, Service Occupation Tax, Use Tax, and Service Use Tax as described in Illinois Compiled Statute Chapter 35. Bid prices shall not include the cost of such taxes. 4. Rejection of Bids. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder. |
