Description

Bidders are required to complete and submit with proposal ALL forms that are included with the specifications packet. Bidders are required to use the forms furnished by the County when submitting their proposal. Brief Description of Project: USER is requesting formal bids to retrofit the current lighting systems at 705 Hanover Street, Hamilton, OH 45011 with LED lights. The Board of Butler County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any and all proposals, to accept the proposal which is in the best interest of the County as determined by the Board, and to hold proposal valid for ninety (90) days from the bid date. Proposals are to be SEALED and delivered to the office of the Butler County Sheriff's Office, and each proposal shall bear on its face the name and address of the bidder and shall be plainly marked "Request for Proposal No. 2022-008, LED Lighting System. No Questions and Answers will be provided at the on-site visit. All Questions and Answers must be emailed to Captain Fisher at nfisher@butlersheriff.org after the completion of the tours. The questions and answers will be provided in a separate document on the Sheriff's and/or Commissioner's website where all bidders will have access to this information.
