Concrete Services

Eastern Kentucky University is seeking bids from qualified contractors in order to establish a price contract for concrete services. Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) is seeking qualified companies to provide concrete services as needed for the University. Work will include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. If deemed in the best interest of the University, the University reserves the right to award the bid in part or in whole and to award multiple vendors. Any awarded contract will be non-exclusive. Questions Due By: 10/27/22 no later than 2:00PM - Submit via the Q&A Board electronically Please note if an addendum is issued after you have submitted your bid, you must go back into the system to acknowledge the addendum and resubmit your bid EKU seeks a contract resulting from this bid to have an initial term of two (2) years from the award date through November 30, 2024. The contract shall be renewable on an annual basis for up to three (3) consecutive one (1) year renewal periods. The total contract period will not exceed five (5) years, subject to KRS 45A.145. Annual renewal will be contingent upon the Universitys needs and satisfaction with the services performed and the overall performance of the Contractor. The University reserves the right to renegotiate any term and/or condition as may be necessary to meet requirements for any renewal period. The Successful Bidder will be advised of any proposed revisions prior to the renewal period.
