Plant Buildings Upgrade Project

The purpose of the Contract is to upgrade the two buildings at the Dalton Sewer Authority’s Wastewater Treatment Plant. MAIN BUILDING Replace lights, heaters, fans, utility sink, hot water heater Upgrade the bathroom Addition of exterior lights, including related wiring and modifications to the existing lighting panel Handicapped ramp Replace roof Painting of the exterior of building and limited painting of the interior Installation of non-freeze hydrants, including related pipe work Replacement of existing doors, as noted. New garage door openers Replacement of ceiling tiles, including spot painting of grids Miscellaneous exterior items BLOWER BUILDING Demolition of the existing interior Chlorine Room Removal of existing chemical tanks and associated pumps Replace lights and heaters Addition of exterior lights, including related wiring and modifications to the existing lighting panels. Replace the roof Paint both the interior and exterior of the building Replace the exterior doors New Handrail and stairs Miscellaneous exterior items Site Work Tree trimming and clearing behind the Blower Building Grading modifications at the existing well
