| Description | Scope of Work: 1. Furnish and install two ADA wheelchair lifts in and near the auditorium for ADA Access. a. Lift 1 will be in the stairwell leading to auditorium and will travel one flight of stairs. b. Lift 2 will be in the auditorium and will travel from the floor to the stage. Exclusions:1. Repairs outside of the scope of this work (advise Owner of identified deficiencies if any found) 2. Dumpster for trash removal (Owner to provide dumpster) 3. Overtime and premium time 4. Electric to lift power supply (Owner to provide). |
