2023 Wright Street Partial Reconstruction

Sealed bids for the construction of the 2023 Wright Street Partial Reconstruction project will be received by the City of Elkhorn electronically through QuestCDN.com v Bid Online Bidding until 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be opened, reviewed and displayed (if accepted). Project involves the installation of approximately 805 LF of PVC water main, lead water service lateral replacements from main to meter, water meter installations, sanitary sewer lateral replacements, 750 tons of HMA pavement, concrete curb and gutter, and restoration. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
