Description

The scope of work consists of realigning Olive Street south of Locust Street to line up with the Vine Street intersection and improvements to Locust between Olive/Vine to 5th Street/Galloway Street. The construction will include curb and gutter, underground culverts, paving, and measures to improve the storm water conveyance along this section of roadway.
