Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Post Falls, Idaho. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field. ROSS POINT PHASE 2: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a single, firm fixed-price contract to include Redevelopment of the Ross Point recreation site including improvements to the parking lot, walkways, picnic sites, irrigation, bank stabilization kiosks, signs, pier, floating dock and new pavilion. The project site is located in Kootenai County, Idaho. Project price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitation is Set-Aside for Small Business. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about July 19, 2022. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 237990 with a small business size standard of $39.5 Million. All questions regarding this requirement shall be directed to Patricia A.
