The City of Deltona is seeking a Licensed Plumbing Contractor who is certified and registered with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and registered with the County of Volusia, Florida as outlined within this specification to troubleshoot and repair plumbing problems for the City of Deltona. Services are to be provided on as needed basis. Bid Bond None No Pre-Bid Conference Available The City of Deltona is seeking a Licensed Plumbing Contractor who is certified and registered with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and registered with the County of Volusia, Florida as outlined within this specification to troubleshoot and repair plumbing problems for the City of Deltona. Services are to be provided on as needed basis. NOTE: ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE CITY OF DELTONA STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. The City of Deltona reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals and to make the award to that Bidder/Respondent, who in the opinion of the City will be in the best interest of and/or the most advantageous to the City. The City of Deltona also reserves the right to reject the bid/proposal of any vendor who has previously failed in the proper performance of an award or to deliver on time contracts of a similar nature or who, in the City's opinion, is not in a position to perform properly under this award. The City of Deltona reserves the right to inspect all facilities of bidders/respondents in order to make a determination as to the foregoing. The City of Deltona reserves the right to waive any irregularities, informalities, and technicalities in offers received, and may, at its discretion, request a re-bid, or abandon the project/procurement in its entirety.
