Description

To mow all turf as required at each school identified in this contact (this will include Richland One property, as well as other area, such as street right-of-ways that must be maintained). All turf should be mowed to height of 2 inches or as instructed in the DOM. String trimming will be required around all HVAC units, portable, building, trees, fences and other structures as required. Edging will be require with every mowing cycle. All clippings must be blown from the concrete and paved area provide a clean and neat appearance. Herbicide treatment is required in all landscape bed areas, both pine straw and mulch, to prevent/ control weeds. In addition, all clay surfaces on baseball and softball fields (excluding high school fields) and all hardscape areas (asphalt and concrete) should be kept weed free
