Description

This project includes the replacement of the first story EPDM roof assembly of the air traffic control base building with a new EPDM roof assembly. Roof area is approximately 14,000 square feet. Modify the existing lighting protection system as required to accommodate the roof replacement. Provide permanent railing around the roof perimeter. Provide a fluid applied roofing membrane coating over the existing roof of the control tower. Roof area is approximately 1,000 square feet.
