Facsimile transmittals will not be accepted. The District reserves the right to reject any response if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Contractor fails to satisfy the District that he/she is qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to complete the work therein. Conditional responses will not be accepted. Contractor agrees to comply with use of the Davis Bacon wage rates for Hidalgo County, if applicable.
