| Description | To Purchase and harvest timber on 56 acres of the WVU Research Forest in the West Block Compartment III. Location of Timber Area: The timber area subject to this contract (the “Timber Area”) is located on the property of the West Virginia University and consists of 56 acres (more or less) for the entire harvest area. The property is located West Block Compartment III of the West Virginia University Research Forest (WVURF), see Exhibit A for maps. Access will be from Chestnut Ridge Road and along forest road Goodspeed. These roads must be kept open and passable at all times. All roads, skidder trails, and log landings necessary to harvest this area will be the responsibility of the Buyer. |
