| Description | Provide annual inspection and maintenance including documentation of the inspection results for the: Building Fire Extinguishers, Fire Suppression Systems, and Backflow Preventers. Building Fire Extinguishers: Annual NFPA Code 10 maintenance and inspection of 44 building fire extinguishers, including UL sealing device and tag. Provide documentation recording any deficiencies and pass/fail records as well as corrective actions taken. Building Sprinkler Systems: Wet System Riser: Quantity 6 - Annual inspection per the requirements of NFPA25 of all Wet-Pipe sprinkler system components including testing of all alarm components such as all water flows, tamper switches, control valves and main drain test. Dry System Riser: Quantity 3 - Annual inspection per the requirements of NFPA25 of all Dry-Pipe Sprinkler system components including testing of all alarm components such as all pressure switches, tamper switches, control valves and main drain test including full and partial trip testing and thorough draining of all low point drains. Note: Trip testing shall be performed no later than September of each year. Foam System Riser: Quantity 1- Annual Inspection per the requirements of NFPA25 of a Wet-Pipe Foam sprinkler system components including testing of all alarm components such as all water flows, tamper switches, control valves and main drain test including sending foam samples to independent laboratory for analysis Wet–Pipe Foam Sprinkler system components including testing of all alarm components such as all water flows, tamper switches, control valves and main drain test including sending foam samples to independent laboratory for analysis. Back Flow Preventers: - Fire Protection: Quantity 4 - Double Check Backflow Preventer - Annual inspection and testing per State College Water Authority and ASSE specifications. - Domestic Water: Quantity 3 - Reduced Pressure Backflow Preventer - Annual inspection and testing per State College Water Authority and ASSE specifications. Complete backflow Prevention Device Inspection and Maintenance Report Form and submit copies of completed form to State College Borough Water Authority and to CATA. | ||||
