Description

Please note that the previously approved office scope of work is likely to be eliminated in light of new zoning regulations and current market conditions and be replace with a multi-residential scope of work. As of February 6, 2023, the project is on hold. A site plan/zoning permit originally approved by the City of Montpelier has since expired and will need to be reapplied for. Zoning regulations have changed since the original application; and the a new planning application will need to be filed with the City. The land owner is still in the process of determining a scope for the project. An architect has been selected. Information regarding a general contractor, or the method of contractor selection, has not been disclosed. No timeline for construction has been established.
