RFQ - Stormwater Master Plan

Provide professional engineering services to develop a Stormwater Master Plan. The first task of this contract will be to convert the City's Watershed Management Plan into Interconnected Channel and Pond Routing (ICPR) version 4 one dimensional model. The second task is to develop a 10-year Stormwater Master Plan.: The City of Oldsmar is a city in Pinellas County, Florida. It is located on the North side of Tampa Bay and was founded in 1916. The city has a strong split between residential, commercial, and industrial developments with a total area of approximately 10 square miles. Its population is approximately 15,000.he City of Oldsmar is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional engineering services to develop a Stormwater Master Plan. In 2019 the City completed a Watershed Management Plan (WMP). This WMP consists of an EPA Stormwater Management Model (SWMM) and ArcGIS database. The first task of this contract will be to convert this WMP into Interconnected Channel and Pond Routing (ICPR) version 4 one dimensional model. The intent is to use this model as a regulatory tool to receive Community Rating System (CRS) credit under 452b of the CRS system. The second task is to develop a 10-year Stormwater Master Plan that will serve as the guidance for the stormwater utility's capital improvement and maintenance programs. The plan should encompass the City's history of stormwater management, provide a path forward for improvement, and be clear and concise. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
