The project includes (but is not limited to) the following: mobilization, site preparation, cast-in-place concrete structural repairs, cast-in-place concrete spall repairs, and precast concrete repairs. Harper College reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the College.
