Description

The Work includes constructing an addition to the existing Visitor’s Center at the Old Cahawba Archaeological Park located in Orrville, Alabama. Work will consist of constructing an approximately 1,020 square foot addition which will used for Restrooms and Storage. Construction will be brick pier foundation with wood floor joists, exterior wood construction and a wood framed roof structure. Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical work will be included in Contract price. Basic interior finishes will consist of painted gypsum board, ceramic tile, etc. Work will include plastic laminate toilet partitions.
