The work to be accomplished under this contract will be the asphalt resurfacing of Lakewood Park Parking lot, addition of new parking spots, permeable pavement, burying of utilities, new parking lighting, sewer improvements, landscaping, pavement markings, and other appurtenances. PSI Project No.: 0142-2499 Landscaping - Seeding, Storm Drain and Paving, Conduit/Electrical/Telemetry, Concrete Walkway, Electrical Installation/Construction, Asphalt Overlay, Rehab. and/or Maint., Landscaping, Sewer Re-Lining, Traffic Control, Pavement Resurface and Rehabilitation, Curbs, Excavation, Storm water Improvements, Erosion Control - Temporary Est. Value: $ 1,850,000.00 Est. Completion Date: May 15, 2024 Document Notes : The contract documents may be viewed and downloaded by electronically. A contractor may view the Contract Documents at no cost prior to deciding to become a Plan-holder.
