Sidewalk Project at Bowie Nature Park Playground

Item 1 - The installation of approximately one hundred and ninety (190) linear feet of Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant concrete sidewalk to complete the perimeter sidewalk at the Bowie Nature Park Treehouse Playground. Item 2 - The installation of approximately ninety (90) linear feet and an approximate total of five hundred (500) square feet of Americans With Disabilities Act compliant concrete sidewalk, on grade, at the Northwest entrance of the Bowie Nature Park Treehouse Playground. By submission of a signed bid, the bidder certifies total compliance with Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and all regulations promulgated thereunder. No submitted bids may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time of the receipt of bids Specific design materials will be distributed to attendees at the pre-bid conference. Absence from the pre-bid meeting will disqualify any bid proposal submitted otherwise. The City of Fairview reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities in bidding and to re-advertise.
