| Description | The purpose of this project is to perform road rehabilitation as included but not limited to: the demolition and disposal of the existing asphaltic concrete pavement, excavate to construct a new road structure consisting of a new 3 in. Surface Course Type “C” of Hot- Mix Asphaltic Concrete (HMAC) over a 4 in. Type “B” HMAC Base Course over a 12 in. Aggregate Base Course. Additional traffic signs, Thermoplastic reflective pavement markings & symbols with reflectorized pavement markers (RPMs) are to be installed within the project’s limits. This segment of Clarke Road will not include the development of a bike lane. |
